While Inverness Street Market is one of the smaller markets in Camden, it is not lack in atmosphere and of things to do. Most of the stores are open from 9.30am to 6pm, 7 days a week with nearby restaurants and bars closing considerably later.

At night Inverness Street Market lights up and becomes a hub for London’s illuminative night clubbing culture. There are several venues which play host to a variety of events such as raves, gigs and live bands.

If you are planning to visit Inverness Street Market, then be aware that the busiest days to go there are from Friday to Saturday. The most popular stalls in terms of fruit and vegetables are the specialist Mexican stalls which sell native Mexican food. The English and Irish Fruit stalls serve some of the best fresh fruit and vegetable you can find.

During the weekdays, the stalls are mostly comprised of fruit and vegetable products and at the weekend the main Camden market takes over and occupies all of Inverness Street’s empty stalls. It is open from 8am till 5:30pm.
