Underground
You can take the London Underground to either Camden Town or Chalk Farm Tube station depending on where you want to start your trip.
Camden Town tube station gets very busy on the weekends and is an ‘Exit only’ station on Sundays until after 5pm.
That is, while you can arrive in Camden Town via the station, you cannot leave Camden Town using the tube station.
You have to use the alternative Mornington crescent or Chalk farm stations on Sundays to leave the market.
In addition it is also recommended not to meet friends outside Camden Town station as the front of the station can get very crowded and best to meet at nearby streets or coffee shops.
Bus
Bus services from many parts of London arrive close to the market. These include bus numbers: C2, 24, 27, 29, 31, 134, 135, 168, 214, 253, and 274.
Car
It is not recommended to drive to Camden Market due to the limited available parking spots in the area. If you do decide to travel by car, plan ahead and arrive very early and you may be able to park at nearby residential areas but these may be up to 5 or 10 minutes walk away from the market.
